Post-move cleaning of the old home
The most requested one. With the property empty, cleaning goes much further and costs less. It is the one the letting agent will check at the end-of-tenancy inspection.
Pre-move cleaning of the new home
Cleaning before the furniture arrives is the only chance to reach the floor, the cabinets and the corners with nothing on top. Afterwards it is no longer possible.
Post-unpacking cleaning
Unpacking produces dust, cardboard, bubble wrap and debris all over the house. This clean closes the move and leaves the home ready for day one.
Post-renovation cleaning
Heavy work: paint splashes, cement residue and fine dust that gets into cabinets and air conditioning units. It needs different products and technique.
