That's why MC²X works in three levels: Standard, Plus and Max. You choose the level; the price comes in your quote, because the real cost depends on your volume, the distance and the access.

Standard, Plus and Max

Each level includes everything from the one before and adds a layer of service. Start where it makes sense, you can adjust later.

For those who pack their own things and want the transport done safely, by an in-house crew.

For those who don't want to deal with furniture or hunt for bubble wrap. We pack and assemble everything.

  • Reinforced packing of all furniture (bubble wrap, stretch film, cardboard)
  • Disassembly at origin and reassembly at destination
  • Packing materials on us
  • Boxes provided for the move

Max

For those who want to arrive and just live. We pack, transport, unpack and organise.

Everything in Plus, plus:

  • Full packing of your belongings: dishes, clothes and objects

  • Personal organizer and post-move cleaning available (via partners)

How it works

From the first contact to moving day, with no pricing catch:

You choose the level

Standard, Plus or Max. Or tell us what you want, and we'll point out where you fit.

We do the survey

In person or by video, to see the real volume and the access at both addresses. That's what allows a closed price, with no surprise later.

You receive an itemised proposal

Each item in the package appears in the proposal, with the closed price for that level. Optional extras (insurance, storage, hoisting) are listed separately.

On the day, our crew delivers

The same in-house crew that quoted does the move, at the level you hired.

Why no list price?

Because a fixed table hides surprises. Two "2-bedroom" moves can cost quite different amounts depending on the floor, the lift, the distance and how much there is to pack. Instead of advertising a pretty price and charging the rest later, we prefer the honest path: you choose the level of service, and the price for that level comes closed in the quote. Frequently asked questions

Which moving package should I choose?
It depends on how much you want to do with your own hands. Standard is for people who pack their own things and just need protected transport. Plus is for people who don't want to deal with furniture: we pack, disassemble and reassemble everything. Max is for people who want to arrive to a ready home without touching a box: we pack and unpack even your personal items. If you're unsure, the consultant helps you choose when you get the quote.
Do the packages have a fixed list price?
No. Each package is a level of service, and the price comes in the quote, because the real cost of a move depends on the volume, the distance, the floor and the access. You choose the level you want, have the survey done (in person or by video) and receive a closed price for that level, with no surprise later.
What does every package already include, at no extra cost?
All three include MC²X's own trained crew (we don't outsource your move), protection of the furniture during transport, basic coordination with the building to make the day possible, and Destino Certo: we take away what you no longer want for donation or proper disposal, at no charge.
Can I build a custom package, between two levels?
You can. The three levels are a starting point for the conversation, not a straitjacket. If you want Plus but also the kitchen unpacked, or Standard plus the assembly of two wardrobes, we adjust it and itemise each thing in the proposal. Services like insurance, storage and hoisting come as options on any level.
Is the packing and assembly done by MC²X's own team or outsourced?
The move itself (transport, packing, disassembly and assembly) is always done by MC²X's own crew. Support services such as cleaning and personal organizing, which appear in the Max package, are carried out by selected partners coordinated by our consultant. That way you have a single party responsible for the whole operation.
